    I'm trying to extract the manual data for N64 VC titles. Starting with Mario Golf they encrypted the ARC file containing it. It apparently uses the same compression as romc. Now, the problem is, it's Type 1 compression. The existing decrompessor for Type 1 only decompresses ROM files and fails...

    This program hasn't worked for me in a while. I get the message "Oops. Something is wrong An error occured ;-(" Wii U USB Helper is unable to load the 3DS title key site either.

    Actually, I tried using a CIA obtained through Wii U USB Helper, and it worked. Should've tried that BEFORE posting this topic... Thanks anyway. Just let it be known that this appears to be a flaw with Villain3DS.

    I got a CIA of the Japanese version of F-Zero: Maximum Velocity using Villain3DS. I'm trying to get the banner, but it is always an unreadable 0 byte file. I used HackingToolkit9DS to extract the data, as well as ba-GUI-annertool to extract the banner.bin, and both methods have the same result...
