    No, you can't. Unless you can turn IDE/SATA/PATA cables into USB cables, take the hard drive out of your computer, and reformat the whole thing to WBFS. Seriously, you're not going to be able to just say "I can't afford to buy a new USB HDD, so I'll just rip apart my computer and it will work...
