    Okay, turns out I had to reinstall bootmii. Not sure why this step was necessary, as I haven't had to do that before, but in order for it to work on boot2 I had to reinstall after the mod. Thanks guys.

    Okay, that worked. I'll do the same on my friend's Wii. Thanks guys! By the way, would uninstalling bootmii before reinstalling have made a difference? Because that's what I did this time, but I'm pretty sure I didn't do that the first time.

    I upgraded my Wii to 4.2 tonight through Nintendo, then did the 4.2 softmod guide, and now my boot2 doesn't work for bootmii. Is there any way I can get it back? Also modded a friend's Wii last night using the same method, and got similar results (although his Wii was not previously modded)...

    No offense but the stickies get moved all the time based on when someone has posted, so I'm not sure which one you're referring to. Could you just link me to it, or let me know the answer? Like I said, I've searched the forums but I'm having trouble finding an answer for this.

    Ahhh, okay. I'll have to give that a go once my tv is freed up. So far I was really just focusing on my friend's Wii, which I am guessing is a lost cause because we started fresh on a 4.2 firmware.

    Hacking All games going to black screen using USB loader

    Was pointed to WBFS for MacOSX, and am using that program to add ISO files. This appears to have solved my problem (3 games added so far work that weren't working before).

    New discovery! Just installed my burned copy of Super Mario Galaxy to the hard drive through USB Loader GX, and wouldn't you know it? It works. ???
