Your message to me sounds like you opened PCSG00945 first before decrypting. Before you open the folder, hit triangle then open decrypted. you'll know if you did it correct if sce_pfs isn't present on screen as a folder. I just did my own steps and it converted fine.- FineThenIWill

Make sure to follow steps 2-4 carefully. That error can happen if you copied the files without decrpyting them and/or connected via usb, copying the protected files with an invalid checksum.- FineThenIWill
