Again, keeping this alive. I have brought a chunk of GC games but there is just a sleuth of games out there that are just inaccessible to me because they are either from different regions or not made anymore. This would be a great project and I hope it isn't forgotten.
Still getting a green screen when I force some PAL isos to NTSC. I guess a fix for that little bug was a low priority. Too bad.
NTSC Wii
Dragon Quest: Swords PAL Force NTSC Green screen error, works in B/W
No More Heroes: PAL Force NTSC Green Screen error, works in B/W
I think KamuiX bought Wii Music instead of downloading it. I don't know if the Wii_Shop_and_IOS51_installer will help, I think it should, for I am way too noobish to be confident. Hopefully, some other nerd will help you.
Hummm, my north american tv doesn't have an scart hook-up. Is there any other way to do it? Can I buy a special component cable? Also, have you or anybody else heard of any ways to get around it by manipulating the isos?
I currently have a NTSC-U wii and troubles loading two PAL games using backup loader 03: Dragon Warrior Swords and No More Heroes. When forcing NTSC the games will load only to a green screen but I am able to access them in B/W by forcing PAL 60. I was thinking that I might be able to fix this...
Monopoly PAL 1:1 working perfectly on NTSC Wii (Force NTSC used)
Dragon Quest Swords PAL: Partial; Green screen on NTSC Wii (Force NTSC used)
- works when force PAL 60, but B/W
- If somebody has a fix for that would be a great post
+1 Bomberman Blast
+1 World of Goo
World of Goo has been the only truely good wiiware game I've played. Lost winds is ok and megaman 9 is annoyingly hard.
Mario strikers (patched) PAL : Works on NTSC
Mario Sluggers (1:1) NTSC : Works on NTSC
Dragon Quest Swords (Patched and 1:1) PAL: Still getting green screen of death when Force NTSC; Partly Working only B/W when Force PAL60
- if anyone gets this working can they let me/us know
I don't know why this is even an issue. Looking at the reviews, one con of the DSTT is that it doesn't have complete compatibility whereas other cards have stated 100% compatibility. This is misleading. It is almost impossible to definitely prove anything and by stating 99.9% means that you've...
It has previously been stated that DSTT has 99.9% compatibility since contra 4 was not able to load (Opium 2007). It has been found that contra 4 does indeed work with DSTT, thus by conjecture DSTT may have complete compatibility.
Now, can you help me the SNEmulDS problem?
