    Yeah, same game. I was wondering if there were any updates. I know there's a save floating around that has the XL characters hacked in as custom officers for the original, but I was interested in the new story content.

    4 got an English release on PS3 and Vita as a digital download. Why are they working on a translated game, unless it's for a different unsupported language?

    Somebody should tell Carr there's no reason for telecom companies to be throttling a paid service in the first place. If you're paying for a 1Gbps service you should be able to effectively stream shows and movies and share files. That's pretty much the only reason TO get a good internet plan.

    DuckStation is only for PS1 afaik Except for when the emulator isn't entirely accurate. Like PCSX2 on a lot of stuff, or Dolphin on certain things.

    The only arguable thing that was illegal was circumventing DRM. Making money with an emulator is completely illegal as long as they're not using stolen code. This was established decades ago when Sony sued the developers of Bleem! and lost twice.
