    Are there any prerequesites for this program? Im trying to run edited romfs using HANS, but deciding to switch to NTR. (Besides obvious ones, I already have homebrew acess and acess to Decrypt9.) EDIT: Also, where do you "apply"/Put the cia file? Is it in the /3ds folder or somewhere else?
