Homebrew GCN Homebrew app AudiOGC: Audio engine written in C++ for GameCube and Wii homebrew

Audio on Wii and GameCube homebrew has been a problem for too long. The only libraries currently available are buggy, inconsistent, or just old. Working with AESND and LWP threads directly can be an absolute pain. So I decided to make my own: https://github.com/HTV04/audiogc AudiOGC supports...

    Nintendo 3DS firmware 11.15.0-47 released

To be honest, I doubt that would happen. What would be the point, anyway? Plus, if Nintendo ever pulled something like that, the homebrew community would definitely investigate it and warn people about such an update.

Homebrew Question Friday Night Funkin' on switch?

It won't be an NSP, I'll only be releasing it as an NRO. I haven't released it yet because of some audio bugs with the engine I'm using. Once those are fixed, I'll try to get it out ASAP.

I'm glad you like it! Just want to note that the new backlight cap is actually 142, but I added a failsafe that allows values above it (before the backlight defaulted to 0 if it was out of range).

Larger brightness range is coming if my pull request is merged, but in the meantime you can also set the outGamma to 2.2 for a brighter/more accurate color scheme

Homebrew Super Mario 64 (1996) Port for DSi

Huh, that's weird. I guess I can try to look into the issue and see if I can reproduce it. Glad to know it isn't because of my setup though. Also yeah, I had to install the DSi Camera app. It works with the pit.bin payload designed for DSi Firmware versions 1.4-1.4.5 (which I assume just use...

Homebrew Super Mario 64 (1996) Port for DSi

Okay, super odd issue I had, but there's a likely chance it was just caused by my weird setup. When I saved for the first time, the game froze. The music still played, but nothing else worked. After rebooting my console and going back into the game, it seemed to save normally (the...

Hacking Possible new entry point for vWii?

No. I meant that wuphax had a small risk where you could lose your Mii Channel. Of course you could download it, but I was just hypothesizing a way that there could be no risk. Things like Smash Stack however don't have a risk (other than something going wrong during the HBC install process)...
