ok I found something that might be helpful in some way @themanuel, https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9#support-file-handling apparently you can create/merge tickets to make encTitleKeys.bin or decTitleKeys.bin- KILZpro3

well you will need the files if you want legit cias or tickets so you can update downloaded games with eshop. EDIT: Should I send a PM to @d0k3 and see if he can help?- KILZpro3

I don't know what you mean by wanting "encTitleKeys.bin and decTitleKeys.bin just in case". but what I plan on doing with them is to create some legit cias and tickets. -EDIT- I did however find...- KILZpro3
