Homebrew Animated Forwarder & Hybrid Channels By pepxl

Lookin good (from the Pics), I'll have to check these out when I get my TV / Wii all hooked back up (recently moved). Good stuff tho, I'm really liking the whole hybrid forwarder idea (sometimes I forget to swap out my Rock Band 2 SD card). Keep up the good work! =]

    Hacking ncWBFSTool

As far as the slowness of the newer versions... I can't think of any reason this would be occurring, it is interesting tho. It is definitely something I will look into when I get some time. Speaking of time, work has been keeping me very busy the past few weeks. I have not had any time to...

Hacking Guitar Hero 5 savegame help

Data management freezes because Preloader is set to make your sysmenu use IOS249, go change it to 60 or whatever your sysmenu is supposed to use, and it wont freeze anymore. You should have searched "Data management freezing" or something, I'm sure it's plastered all over this forum...

Source code link has been added to the 1st post. The source is a little outdated (and messy, forgive me), I'll try to package up the newer source soon. =]

One thank you is sufficient, no need to be spamming. My website is www.nubecoder.com, but it is in need of some work atm. And yes I take donations, check the help menu item that says "support nubecoder software" or the 1st post in this thread. =]

    Hacking WBFSSync

I'd like to add that it is very easy to adjust iso renaming code to support ciso, simply offset by one wii disc sector (32768). While dealing with cISO for my prog I did the same as Omega Frost (using a hex editor to inspect and compare to a standard iso, etc) to get my initial info. Also if...

    Hacking ncWBFSTool

Features ncWBFSTool has that WBFS Manager (3.0.1) does not:Partition level drive support, a drive letter does not need to be assigned to a partition in windows for it to be detected and used.Direct WBFS to WBFS copying for drives with differing WBFS sector sizes. (WBFS Manager will fall back to...

Hacking What does the “actual" size of game tell about the game?

Another fun fact, the smallest Wii game I've come across is Super Fruit Fall, weighing in at a whopping 28MB. I haven't played it yet so I cannot judge it's worth. =]

    Hacking ncWBFSTool

I've confirmed with a friend that it is definitely the floppy drive that is causing the "Device is not ready" exception. And yes, it only occurs when not using the full partition support. Should be an easy fix for the quick drive detection routine to add in a little drive.IsReady check in...

    Hacking Inside WBFS

This is exactly why all of this is so confusing.. HD Sector Size: All hard disk drives have a specific sector size, it cannot be modified. For most (all?) drives it is 512. WBFS Sector Size: All WBFS Formatted drives (partitions) have a dynamically set WBFS sector size. This seems to be...

    Hacking ncWBFSTool

Does your WBFS partition have a drive letter assigned? If it does... Why do I not have these problems on my (3) test systems? Is there anyone who didn't run into a problem? I was hoping this release would suffice while I take on the task of re-doing everything. Guess I have no such luck.. I'll...

I guess it's useful if your landlord doesn't let you rewire the apartment or change the switches.

Having a remote servo that can push/pull something for you is still useful.

    It could operate a latch.

On the other hand there are those chandeliers with like 50 lightbulbs and that would be a bit expensive to replace with smart bulbs.

Anbernic's SP clone will be $60 and I think I'll buy it. Looks decent enough and it will stop me from drooling over every single new handheld that comes out.
