    Modding a friends wii, but i can't seem to get HBC to install. I think its due to a IOS missing, and i can't get this wii connected to my network. Is there any way i can update to 3.2 without a game or a internet connection?

    you can play PAL backups on NTSC wiis, just do not update using that game disk. if there is a update you can remove it with a patching program (forgot the name) or block updates with starfall.
