Just though that I would pipe in and say that I hope to have r5 out sometime tomorrow. Other than USB support there will also be a new autoboot option. This option is for launching dols anywhere on SD/USB or any installed channel. A seperate ini file will be copied to the nand called...
First post updated to v1.0.3, couldn't be bothered to start a new thread as I didn't see any point!
Nothing much added, except that it now returns an exit code on success, in order to not confuse linkage with make. You can also drag and drop dols on top of the file to output a .app file with...
That is correct, as I removed this to fix SDHC support properly. USB 1.1/2.0 support will be implemented in rev 5.
Finally, if I have not responded to any issues directly, don't worry about it, I have read all the feedback in this thread and appreciate all your constructive posts. These posts...
This is something that needs to be added to the installer, as it needs to select a suitable IOS that will allow appropriate ES Identification and adequate NAND access privileges. This is why I added the IOS249 selection option, until I get round to extending the code. ES_DIVerfiy patching is...
DolBoot is a simple application that will take a compiled dol filecontaining a homebrew application for the nintendo wii and bind itwith a boot loader. The file can then be launched in place of theofficial systems menu by replacing the appropriate .app nand file.
File Updated to v1.0.3
I developed this tool to aid me in compiling the source for preloader. What it basically does is binds any homebrew application with the appropriate boot loader, calculates the correct offsets and modifies the dol header accordingly. The modified dol will then be able to...
This would have nothing to do with preloader or the installation process. EEC failures are becoming a common occurence, especially on 4.x for some reason? Are you being prevented from actually backing up or are you referring to the log entries?
I don't see how we could fix the second one? Check your e-mail!
Anyway, what's all this daco bashing going on around this board?
Facts99.99% of the source code is crediars workcrediar is responsible for the white on bluei have changed very little, other than what's in my change logsif daco did...
First page updated with links to revision 4. I've been busy on another project, but this revision is mainly to deal with those users experiencing issues using SDHC cards. I hope to address the dol loading issues this weekend.

Forgot to ask you which one you meant as I know of two hacks referred to as BGM.
No Menu (B)ack(G)round (M)usic or Replace Healthwarning with (B)ack(G)round (M)enu

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
