ctrpf plugins were indeed the problem. i had some installed from years back and moving them to another folder fixed it. as for the low framerate home menu, it doesnt slow down what's on my system, its just the stream. moreover i see this same problem on kirby robobot, but only in some parts...- queenbiscuit311

For some reason whenever I start a game with this cfw active i get a luma3ds Translation - Section exception.
