We have FPSLocker to force 60fps and Reverse-NX to force games to run in either handheld or docked mode but as far as I know there is no homebrew which forces 720p resolution. This would be great for games like Mario + Rabids, Metroid Prime and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze.
