    Seems simple enough, I'll definitely try that first. If that doesn't work, then should I look towards a lens or drive replacement first?

    I'd get it for around $75 I think. If I can get it working well then I think it'd be worth it. It's a Slim, so ylod shouldn't be as big of a concern. But do you think the lens by itself would fix it, or do I need a whole drive replacement? How would I go about doing that?
