In the second video you can see it blinking green, which is a successful glitch.
But as the screen shows, you either didn't insert the SD card or the right files are missing on the SD card (or the SD card is formatted incorrectly).
Maybe this is...
The game is probably not installed correctly but just try to start it if you see the icon on your main screen.
The error might be caused be an outdated version of tinfoil.
If the SD card was significantly cheaper than other brands than you...
You don't need to. Just turn it on and it will boot into Hekate or Atmosphere.
Your Switch Lite doesn't have the vulnerability to use RCM to boot with a custom firmware.
That is why you need the picofly to boot.
If you need to copy some files...
If you're on linux then 'dd' should be there by default.
For windows there is also a version of 'dd'.
Other tools don't handle the emummc partition well and usually just ignore it.

Picofly uses that kind of blue color in it's logo.
If it's a picofly, just ask the...
Sorry, I missed that 'No SD card' screen part in your first post.
The No SD card screen with artifacts would indeed suggest that the TFT might be fine.
But I haven't seen much posts here that mention issues with the ram chips.
The usually don't...
Looks more like you have some issue with the screen, the ribbon cable or the connector.
Might the ribbon cable be just misaligned?
To me it sounds unlikely that the cpu would get this far if the ram somehow was having issues.
What happens if you...
I may try the new ram site, and download more RAM to my Switch. Not sure if ddr3 is the right ram
for it tho. Edit- no it uses floppy Ram, just like @AncientBoi
