    Pins could be disconnected from the motherboard. Than can happen when the connector if bend too much. Only opening up the PS4 and doing a visual inspection will tell you whether that is the case.

    There is no such thing as a battery reset or a way to refresh a lithium battery. If your Switch is several years old then your battery might just be failing. Stressing an older battery might make things more noticeable.
