The emummc was partition on the sd card. If the sd card is removed/not being used, wouldn't this be moot?- thesucculentcity

Having gone through this myself...hekate showed everything was fine. In fact, it was not fine. 300,000+ bad sectors on a new sandisk 512gb.- thesucculentcity

Transferring SD card w/ games + emummc to new switch?
Hey, not 100% sure how all of this would work. I purchased another unpatched V1, and want to transfer my games over to the new switch. Hey, so I guess I'm an idiot and missed this critical step. I followed a youtube tutorial in which I created an emuMMC. I then installed tinfoil and began navigating the pro shops. i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt. -
