    From what I know, RPCS3 cannot connect to PSN itself. It can, however, connect to private servers via RPCN to play certain games online. The current RPCN compatible titles I can think of off the top of my head are: Demon's Souls Bomberman Ultra JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle

    Unfortunately, there isn't an English translation for the Switch version of Dragon Quest Heroes 1 & 2 at the moment, official or otherwise (at least, not that I know of). In the meantime, English versions of both games are available on PS4 and Steam.

    For one, there's Retroarch, which is a frontend for emulators for a wide variety of consoles. There are also standalone Switch versions of emulators like mGBA, melonDS, PPSSPP out there.

    As long as your firmware hasn't been updated past 11.3.0, the latest release should work. The exploit was fixed in 11.4.0.
