    Which phone is best for emulation?

    Any S60 phone is good, for full speed gba emulation with sound. A genesis emulator also exists, which is perfect as well. I personally would suggest either the Nokia N95 8GB or the Nokia N81(cheaper) as they both have awesome button layouts for gba games.
