Yes. Retroarch for Wii U has multi-gamepad support (shows as gamepad #2 when properly connected/paired as multiDRC, nothing displays on screen but it works as another controller perfectly, plus, sound already works from speakers).

Any variation of snes9x (chimera is based on it) cant display roms on widescreen format. AFAIK the only available snes emulator capable of widescreen is bsnes HD.
Good that now its completely translated to english. I was using the previous 1.5 extended patch but this is way better. Been using it with the saturn HOS emu, repatched the cue-bin and no issues so far (apart from the horrendous input lag from the emulator).

Yes it is possible. If I recall correctly the ticket (.tik) of a WUP installable Wii U game needs to be resigned with a debug or dev key. This can be done with a CLI application on windows, search for wupresign.
Only thing drive me crazy is all these new horror games nowadays is its so dark, all time. I can't even play them. I understand they trying to create spooky but be creative a little, not just darkness with pop out scare scenes.
