I'd say around $75 US dollars, after looking at others for sale on ebay.
I'd find out which revision it is as I believe some are more desirable than others.

If you get to keep the box, $80. Looks pretty clean and has all the hook ups.

Does that box has any value in your opinion? I would prefer selling all together.

I'd say no, not in that condition. It takes focus away from the fact that the console itself is in decent condition.
