How Do i rip sound effects from an official 3DS Theme?

Hello. ive been trying to figure out how to rip sound effects from 3DS themes but i don’t know how to. i have the Sega Saturn theme i bought from the Theme shop a long time ago, i also got a anemone3ds version of the theme for more purposes. how would i rip the sound effects from this theme?

it appears i got the sound effects from usagi. the problem is they are in bcwav. any way to convert it to wav?
