I have multiple. You can get pretty much anything with pokebank, save dongle and a retail cart.

My 3DS is past the point in updates, so I can't use the save dongle. If I want to get Pokemon from Pokemon Black/White 2, I need the cart to be on the 3DS, right? If not, I still have a DS Lite with a Acekard on it.

The save dongle is used with Black/White B2/W2. My 3DS is at current firmware. Supposedly there are spoof GTS websites you can use to avoid using hardware like me (the save dongle) but I find using hardware to be preferable. I have a DSTWO as well but you cant use poketransfer/pokebank with a rom on a flashcart.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the info. Gonna have to wait on that a bit. Just saw this https://powersaves3ds.maximummemory.com/ coincidentally enough. I will wait on some more news from that and see how it does.

Well, if it's anything like the old Action Replay, I would love to get my old Groudon back. I use to hack Pokemon into Black/White (never actually played the game) to help my friend get some older Pokemon he liked.
