I did some extensive comparisons to different free anti virus clients, and IMHO avast! comes out on top.
It's easy to use, it does not run craploads of services in the background and has a pretty definition database. I personally use it on all my PC's.
Every good workshop would replace the motherboard. Not a fuse, not the CMOS battery (which is not causing something like this) - the whole motherboard.
Thanks for the tips, mate. The DSi LL's here are all sold with native 1.4J, so it shouldn't be a problem to get the carts running. The reason why I'm asking for walk-in stores is that I'm travelling and it'll be another 2 months until I come home; since I'm gonna be in a couple of bigger cities...
Thats true. I'm pretty much on my own here at the moment, and I don't really know any Japanese here. And the ones I do know from Australia have no clue what flash carts are Thanks for the tip though, I hope they can point me in the right direction in time, I'm already leaving Tokyo tomorrow night

Random restarts means your pc is overheating. check fans, inside the computer. if its dusty and everything, get a can of compressed air and get rid of the dust. if you're ide/sata/psu cables are all over the place, try and put them all together to leave as much space for air to flow in and out...
Ah, yes, portrait mode, surely the best way to film a row of people. If only there were some way to fit a wider shot, at the expense of height... if only...
