I haven't had time to build a full installer yet, as I have been busy fixing bugs, removing obsolete code and adding vital missing event handling to the v0.30 source. Until I finish the full installer, this tool will update any previous version of preloader to 0.30.

This version of preloader IS IDENTICAL to v0.29. The only difference
is that it has been patched to boot the new version of the HBC from
the preloader menu. I.E. It will boot "JODI" instead of "HAXX".

I got tired of waiting for someone to port the preloader hacks to 4.2E, so I thought instead of being lazy and sponging off the masses here, I would port them myself.

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
