    yeah i didn't think there was much to do about it, i know backups are played at 3x, but regardless most games have almost no problem, but it really does affect some games. red steel 2 seems to be one of those games. thanks for the input everyone.

    does anyone know if it works with neogamma ? or any loader playing off dvd-r disc ? if so which one and what cios rev ? i hope so, i've yet to get the game, but i'm afraid it'll just give disc read error's just like darkside chronicles did.

    what does cisocorp use to boot games ? i know it does it form the disc channel but still it uses some backup loader right ? i mean i don't think that would help the DRE's i get when booting the game with neogamma. i've tried with different cios rev9 and re14, also with diff neogamma's an same...

    nevermind it's doing it again, werid how it worked that one time ? it also booted up fine last night on R6. but i give it up. i guess this is just a sad side effect when playing new games off dvd-r, for some people anyway. looks like it's time to get a hardrive.

    ^maybe try target man. although thats pretty weird, we bought ours bout 2 weeks at the time i didn't know 63's were moddable but almost every place had 63's and 64's i settled for a lu3 from gamestop, i imagine must have been old stock or something since to my knowledge these are from last year.

    ^lol. that's the exact spindle i have, only worth buying when they're on sale at BB (or wherever else sells them), i got that 50pack for less than 15 bucks. pretty good, but again i think almost any decent brand will suffice for the wii.
