You could attempt to buff the scratches out with a plastic polish, not sure how effective or potentially destructive that would be though. You'd want to do some research first.
Dolphin supports that out of the box, no patching required. Just open the controls menu and bind your inputs. Dolphin even supports emulating gestures like shaking the wiimote.

People buying this will emulate Nintendo games and buy games on Steam. Valve sealed their victory over a year ago regardless of the consumer's choice of platform.
Looks like the graphics has been toned down to work on Quest hardware. Pretty unfortunately to see a promising game go down that path due to it resulting in VR games that look flat and lifeless.
Sad to see E3 going down this route. I feel myself less and less excited for it every year but it will still be missed. Hopefully 2023's showing will be worth the wait.
i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
