    It looks like the ROM you're trying to run is corrupted, which is why you're getting the stock error screen. Also, you can edit your posts instead of creating new ones of the same thing.

    That one should work, iirc. Ensure you have no cheats enabled for that game, if that's what causing it to not boot, and make sure you're using the latest version of the English patch.

    afaik, there's no way to convert a grf back to a png or bmp file. What you could try doing is taking a screenshot of a skin using an emulator such as melonDS, and then take the graphics from that screenshot.     Are you sure the ROM isn't corrupted, and that cheats are disabled? Try checking if the issue also occurs in melonDS.

    It's possibly caused by timing issues. Try turning off card read DMA, by pressing Y in TWLMenu++, then selecting the card read DMA option to turn it off.

    It's been a while since I used the Wood UI theme pre-rewrite or even the original Wood kernel, so the icon pulsing was re-done from memory. As for the font, it was another R4 theme leftover, as Wood UI used a different font format (which isn't .nftr). Not sure about font changing.
