Nintendont, “No FAT device found!” Error

Ok, have you tried removing the usb folder altogether and just have /games/ as the root?

Nintendont, “No FAT device found!” Error

The path is probably case sensitive, try it with a lower case u Or try remove the usb folder entirely, as the suggested path has a colon after usb, which just specifies the drive

Who still uses their old HDTV LCD/Plasma TVs after all these years?

Still using my 50’ Plasma from Samsung bought new in I think 2010. It’s a PS50C687 and still going strong. Just 1080p but don’t see a need to upgrade currently, hate the smart TV bullshit, just give me the inputs.

Hacking Switch Informations by serial number - READ THE FIRST POST before asking questions

First of all, are you sure you entered your serial correctly on IsMySwitchPatched? It’s says for me that your serial is unpatched on there. Second, what is your serial number in the system settings of your Switch? Did you buy it second hand?

Fully Unpatched Switch reading out 0x0000

This has probably nothing to do with your switch but with how we gathered the data to determine which Switch is patched. We basically started a survey where everyone with a Switch was able to report if there’s was patched or unpatched. From this data, we inferred where the cutoff points for a...

Homebrew Issues with C++ arrays of classes

Sorry for the double post. When you switch from a vector to array, you need to keep in mind that as soon as you create the array with the FalllingObject, the data gets initialled. If FallingObjects is a “class type”, the default constructor gets called automatically. For structs, the memory that...

Homebrew Issues with C++ arrays of classes

Absolut no harm in trying to pass the array by ref and see if it fixes it. I’m just saying that the compiler can not pass it by value as it has no size information of the array you pass in. You would need a template for that or specify the size of the array in the argument.

Homebrew Issues with C++ arrays of classes

No, I think arrays decay to pointer type when passed as an argument to a function, so it will access the elements outside the function as desired. Making them a reference is not necessary.

How do you feel/view credit cards?

Personally, I only have a credit card because it is sometimes the only way to order some things online. Otherwise I don’t see the point in owning one.

If you get different results from different checker, always go with the more negative one. In this case go with „Possibly patched”.

Netflix is working on a ‘BioShock’ movie adaptation

I love BioShock, but I don’t have any hope for it with Netflix track record.

I just recently picked up a n64 from a garage sell, and looking to mod it and add a HDMI port to it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/3548173115...044&customid=4f3038da73b61afddf7e5e90f4153856

I'd like to find a power strip and HDMI selector built in 1 unit, so I can select which game system I want, and will switch to that hdmi, and power on that plug/power supply only, so don't have all game systems powered all the time, but can't find anything like. May just have to make something myself.

@Xdqwerty, Nice. Which operating system are you installing?
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, windows 10 and some linux distro like linux mint
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    dualbooth
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Yeah, I'd recommend having another OS just in-case you want to play games.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
At least Linux doesn't contain spyware than what Windows has.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @SylverReZ, cuz of lag?
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, No. Whenever you use the internet on Windows, Microsoft collects personal data and installs bloatware that isn't necessarily needed, such as Edge.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:

I recall @impeeza mentioned some trick about not having bloatware when installing windows where you set up your country to "world" or smh like that

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Yes, you can debloat the operating system, but in some cases for me it just reinstalls them.

  • impeeza @ impeeza:
@Xdqwerty yes, when you are installing Windows on the first steps you are asked for your current location, you MUST to select «international» so no bloatware is installed, because the bloatware is location based. if this night I have some time I will setup a VM and take screenshots.
