    I had a similar problem the other day, but I managed to get the power options screen to appear by holding down the power button. I clicked restart and it didn't work, so I did it again and chose power off, then turned it on again and it worked.

    Those component are fine for gaming at 1080p with all modern games at medium to high settings. For the CPU, it depends what socket your motherboard has.

    System specs: OC'd FX-8320 @ 4.0GHz, R9 290, 8GB 1600 MHz RAM With a 30fps cap, I can run AC Syndicate at a solid 30fps MOST of the time. However, at random moments, especially when riding a horse, I get sudden drops to 15fps which only last half a second before going back up to 30fps again...
