thanks works well. make sure you still have homebrew launcher and the cbhc installer on the sd card in sd:wii u/apps or you will get black screen with -5 error
ok but i'd seek professional advice before spending your $$$. If you decide to go for it, you could first remove your mobo, closely inspect all the solder points etc then maybe re-flow the gpu and give her another go!
ah yes thanks, i only have a icontex.tga in that folder, maybe there should be more files in there?
auto
i guess i'll just have to play them through loadiine from sd, as they work fine from there.
anyone know why im just getting a "?" on my wii u menu when packing wii u virtual console old school games (which arent available on NUS) and installing.
tried editing the cos.xml and inserting the permissions.
err what? why do you think that? wheres your proof? that's quite an accusation and i think it'd be using more than 1% of my gpu/cpu if that were true..
first off, many thanks for this awesome app. i'm not complaining, just offering my opinion. i may have missed things, if so, feel free to correct me.
the folder structure is difficult to work with as it is not customizable. when im looking through the downloaded files im never sure what is what...
point taken. some of us just get worried when our stupid firewalls try to sandbox things no matter where we put them. then we remembered to turn off our firewalls "safe mode"
reminds of when i first installed this app and wasn't sure if i trusted it as it's installer was called "updater.exe" so you probably saw "updater.exe would like full access to your computer" and thought yeah right
@Hikari06
is there any way we can get rid of colons in 3ds file names? there is...
even if you power off, wait 10 secs then power on before starting fbi?
actually, i didn't lol but these old threads are obviously still relevant to us bottom feeders
waiting 10 seconds before powering on again, eliminates my method occasionally failing (for me at least)
Ok I think the issue is nothing to do with our cards or the way they're formatted. As long as they're fat32 and I use 32kb allocation unit size without issue on any system.
HOPEFUL SOLUTION PEOPLE;
I've found that if you power off your 3ds then power on and start up an FBI install straight...
yeah i'm getting strange speeds too. sometimes 100kib/s sometimes 2.0mib/s. but mostly around 256kib/s which is way too slow when trying to install 25+gb. cant work it out tho as it's inconsistent. e.g i start an install, wait a few mins, check the speed - if it's slow, stop the install then...
no, only installed within the last few weeks, weird! maybe i messed with the folders when a bit wasted lol but i don't think i did. anyway, it's working great now, cheers :grog:
could u implement something to help us determine which system the newly added titles are for? i'm sure you have plenty...
yes i know that but it doesn't help as the application creates it's own sub-directories, which as i said have been changed by hikari06. e.g : 1. i set folder to E:\ 2. the app automatically creates E:\DATA_3DS\USA\ESHOP to store usa games.
But on earlier revisions the app only created E:\ESHOP...
edit2; @Hikari06 would it be possible for user defined folders as i downloaded 3ds games (that i own of course) before you changed the folder structure, meaning my games are region mixed and the titles don't reveal the region so now i'm stuck with all my games in "ESHOP" folder and not seen by...
thanks man appreciate the time you're taking to help me. no i have not hidden anything in filters. cant work it out really annoying i just want to put the games on micro sd now that i have them but i;m stuck with these encrypted games. is there no "pack to cia" application? ive tried everything...
thanks. problem i have now lol is the app does not see that ive downloaded any 3ds games which i have, even after setting the folder. so right clicking then selecting the last option does nothing.
