Nintendo Switch Online emulators save index

I failed searching online for lists for the saves from Nintendo Switch Online emulators, so I decided to do them myself. This may be useful for anyone trying to use their own saves on those Nintendo official emulators or for anyone trying to bring the saves from NSO into their own PCs or...

Homebrew [Release] Cthulhu - app for managing play time, step history and cached icon data

Is it possible to run incognito mode AND modify the save log so I can keep my legal played games and delete the homebrew record? Because everytime I close Cthulhu I get it registered in my AL. Also, it would be nice if there was any other method in order to prevent Cthulhu to be recorded.

All right, then... Which of the DS flashcarts compatible with ntrb is the best now? I mean... Hardware GB USB smart card 64M and last W10 update issues

I need a cartridge whose memory can be overwritten by Mega Memory Card because I use GB USB SC in order to backup my cartridges. Is there any device that can connect directly to a USB or a modern flashcart that I can use for this? If not, I think that I'm going to use WXP VM. I did it before...

Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

That's why I have specified that I have my 32KB save haha I use this for fast conversion: https://shunyweb.info/convert.php That would be more useful. I'll learn about it, thank you.

Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

Installing CFW in 11.6 involves deleting all data from tarjet 3DS. Even if I wanted to do so, I would have to use 3DSX JKSM in order to backup all my data. I just want to inject my Gold save and I want to keep my 3DS original at the moment.

Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

May be... When I injected the RBY saves, it wasn't the same. I'll find an entrypoint and I'll try, thanks :)

Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

My 3DS is 11.6 since I needed to update it in order to buy Pokémon Gold. Also, I don't want to install a CFW yet. I want to know a working HBC entry point for 11.6 and about the update for HBC JKSM for GS. Note that HBC JKSM is not the same as CIA JKSM.

Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

I have the sav.dat file of 32kb ready to inject, but I don't know if Homebrew Channel JKSM is updated for this. Also, I don't know which HC access methods are available (last time I accessed, it was through browserhax). Note that I don't want to hack my 3DS yet.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
