Life’s been kinda hectic for me over the last couple of weeks but hopefully gonna get chance to try this over the next week or so.
Thanks for all you do for the DS community. It keeps the DS relevant and proves what a fantastic device it is.
It does work on 3ds. However the screen resolution of the ds matches the zxs perfectly making it a Mitch nicer experience.
I personally have the DSi XL alongside my N3DSXL just for the ZXS and other 8 bit emulators (mostly by wavemotiondave) such as Coleco / Atari 2600 / intellivision / etc.
Thanks for all your work on this (and your other emulators)
Finding myself spending more time playing on the DSi Xl than the N3DSXL and vita at the moment.
Love this little handheld :-)
Not sure what i'm doing wrong, but i just get white screens on this (both on the r4 card and on TM on the DSi XL
Probably me in all honesty.
I have got the Bios files in the roms / bios directory (along with the bios files for your other superb emulators)
OK, so holding X / Select / Start / Power with my NTR Flashcard lets me boot luma configuration from CTR NAND or SD
But restarting will boot normally and not allow me to access any CFW features
Ir i select start to exit Luma config it will boot to the CFw and let me open CFW Apps
I picked up a 3DS Xl earlier today - No SD Card.
I presume it has not been hacked before, but when i use my NTR Boot B9S R4, and the required files i get to the install menu for B9S, but it stays on the initialising screen- please wait screen and the MicroSD card stays at Checking.
This is on...
So as simple as setting the slider to (say) 12GB and it will create it at that size?
Sorry for the noobish questions, i just always presumed it had to be the same saize as the original Nand.
As the Emunand is used for Saves and user / profile data, is there a reason for it to be an exact duplicate of the SysNand (Especially if its fresh / blank / empty)
Could you make do with a 12gb emunand and free up more space on the SD Main partition?
If you can, how do you go about it and are...
Switch retroarch is superb for the older systems up to PS1 and some N64, which suits me fine.
Yeah its a pain to set up and get your head round, but once done it works superbly, with overlays, shaders, scanlines etc.
The whitelist that you are on to get it in retail mode will still be valid on the new console
Back up your playlists etc from the old one and migrate them to the new console.
Having a switch lite (sx lite) and a v1 unpatched on Atmos is it possibly to sync saves between the two.
I know I can’t use the cloud saves that Nintendo (badly) implemented, but using one of the save editors can the saves be directed to a cloud drive so that the other switch can access them...
I ended up using JKSV to export them from one switch and import on the other as they are no longer on the root of SD and are saved to the Emunand like other saves
I’ve just got myself a switch lite for handheld play and have installed v7 (same as I have installed on my normal switch)
where are the saves for v7 so I can transfer them over and carry on with my game?
I've been playing fallout4 all day, I went into a elevator and it kept going, never stopped, waited 5 minutes, must of been a bug. How bout you, whatcha do today?
