Do you have that problem only when injecting wii games? I had the same issue, but then I realized it only occured when I was injecting nkit.iso roms. Have you tried with wbfs?
Is it tho? I tried it and I couldn't load any cd roms (neither cue nor chd). The original Turbografx games worked but they weren't in the correct aspect ratio and looked really bad because of that and I couldn't find the option to change it just for this core
