    Sometimes dumping the original eMMC in hardware, then cloning that onto an SD card is enough for the recovery menu to work again. No guarantee through. If it won't work there's still de_fuse to format an SD card as a new eMMC (data loss) but that's more soldering work.

    IIRC you have to restore the user save only, not the shared save. So try to delete the shared save data from data management, maybe this is enough to fix it.

    As @Ettino saif just use FTP. NUSspli creates an install folder on the USB drive and downloads to there. Beside that something is wrong with your USB drive as it corrupts files.
