I posted here months ago saying I wanted to revert my n3ds back into stock and installing the normal cfw instead of gw-cfw. Well, I never did it because it looked too complicated.
Well, I'm back again because I have an itch to try it again. So I'm once again here asking for help and hopefully I...
I dont know if this is possible, but can you add a feature where you can automatically set when autobrightness turns on and off.
For example: i want auto brightness to be on when it's 8 am to 10 pm and autobrightness off (and at the lowest brightness state) from 10 pm to 8 am
updated sys clk and able to oc to 614mhz, unfortunately, performance doesnt scale despite the almost 2x gpu clocks. I'm getting the same dips to the 40s fps but lots of areas are close to stable 60fps.
I didn't overclock cpu (and ram) as it doesnt seem to be hitting max utilization though i'm...
I'm using sys clk to set my handheld gpu clock to 614mhz, however, it appears it can't get over 460mhz. I have oled switch and i should be able to go to 614mhz without any further modifications, but I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.
revisiting this now, i'm using just the normal sys clk and according to the doc, it says mariko units are allowed to go up to 614mhz but i'm stuck on 460mhz (i have oled)
so I'm unable to go higher than 460mhz despite be being under the 'max' clock just because it's in handheld mode (unless I edit the config)?
I'm laughing after using deck where it's constantly at 80-90c when playing anything intensive especially since nothing I've played on switch even made the...
I'm trying to play p5r on handheld at 720p with 60fps. The game seems to be gpu bound however I cant set a higher gpu clock than 460mhz despite setting higher values.
I'm setting up a new oled switch and i'm wondering if there's any negative consequences in creating a less than 59gb emunand. The sliders jump from (1 to)12 to 59gb. I'm wondering what's the point in creating such a big partition for the emunand if i'm going to be installing everything on the...
that's what i mean, i think with gateway, it falls under 'Installed a custom HOME Menu (not a custom theme)' where it says it will brick your console.
I think i might have nand backup somewhere though, but i'm going on the assumption it's gone
how do go about reverting my n3ds back to stock.
If i remember correctly, because the account/menu exploit is modified from the system, there were problems with updates and such.
thinking about taking one of my n3ds to the normal homebrew route to see what i'm missing.
awesome, i gotta do this one day when i have the time. I had trouble with the last tutorial by lone_wolf (if i'm remembering correctly) was hard to follow because my system was so old and the new 3ds i have is japan region, so I was double scared for bricking my system.
going to keep this thread...
Assuming multiman can bypass fw checks, so if that's the case, is there any point of updating my ps3?
I also thinking to upgrade internal hard drive and I'm reading posts saying to not sure ps3's built in tool. If something doesn't work, can't I just keep using the old drive?
I tried the gbc overlays and it seems to be not aligned right, it's some pixels high so the bottom is slightly cut off.
And for some reason, adjusting the overly position doesn't work for me.
can someone else test/verify this?
