Using guiformat(Allocation unit size:32768) to full format(do not use quick format) your USB HDD. run this command in NSMBW_Mod_ISO_Builder:support\wit dump "filename.iso"(filename=your base iso filename) and post the result here.- Ditto_Link

0byte=the download link is invalid,you have to create or download custom banner through google search. Try to use"full format"(before you format your USB HDD,you have to backup all data) your USB HDD and run the game again. I never use Wiiflow or Wiiflow lite.- Ditto_Link

Run command: support\wit.exe dump "New Super Mario Bros Wii (USA).iso" and post the result here. Where do you download the NewerSMBW's mod pack?This builder can only build v1.3,1.2 and older version can't work. I use USA's Rev 1 and Rev 2 of clean rom to build NewerSMBW,they work fine on USB...- Ditto_Link
