Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Hmm? I bought a near mint DSi XL for $100 a few months ago. They're not that much. Lol.

Wood Firmwares - Complete information guide & downloads

Idk. Works the same between my 2DS XL and DSi as far a I can tell. Which is great.

Wood Firmwares - Complete information guide & downloads

That's because Ace Wood 1.62 is Wood 1.25 with more AP patches added. (That's why I said it wasn't actually Wood 1.62 in my previous reply.) BL2CK just works as far as I'm aware. Even Pokemon Black/White 2 and Warioware DIY launches right up on it. Doesn't seem to have any weird theming or...

AYANEO reveals new retro-themed handhelds and accessories in its new REMAKE line of products

There were quite a few signed on but only three actually came out. A Zotac box, an Alienware one, and one other OEM I can't remember. i3 was going to going to release one called the Piston but the Steam Machine project shuddered before it could come out and it ended up coming out as a regular...

AYANEO reveals new retro-themed handhelds and accessories in its new REMAKE line of products

??? There were only like four of those total and one of them didn't even release. The three that did all released at the same time as different price entry points.

Wood Firmwares - Complete information guide & downloads

Considering the cards that currently get recommended are things like the Ace3DS+ (which isn't actually wood 1.62 but still has far more AP patches than 1.25) or the R4DSPro (BL2CK 1.31), I find it hard to believe people are voluntarily using this inconvenient annoying old version by choice. Like...

Feedback Omega Flash D.E. (Rev B) & EXEQ Gamebox SP compatibility

Because they could probably make it work fine with a simple firmware update like Krikzz did for the Everdrive. Also, the Pocket is using an FPGA. It's as close to actual clone hardware that you're going to get short of a custom ASIC. Which the Gamebox has actually. Hardware emulation is very...

Feedback Omega Flash D.E. (Rev B) & EXEQ Gamebox SP compatibility

I can't say I'm surprised. The Omega DE doesn't work very well on the Analogue Pocket. But, like you noted, the Everdrive works perfectly fine. Is this an ad? What does this have to do with what he said?

Wood Firmwares - Complete information guide & downloads

I don't think it's necessarily bad per say. It's just a really old outdated version that's not really worth using nowadays. Which kinda retroactively makes it bad. It only updated to 1.25 (the last open source release) if I recall correctly. If you want a wood looking UI TwightMenu++ has an...

EZ-flash parallel keeps freezing my game

TwilightMenu++ can also play this fine. If you encounter anymore issues give that a try.

Anbernic reveals the RG35XXSP, a GBA SP-inspired retro handheld

At least this one has a cool form factor and isn't just another brick. Although, I am a sucker for clamshells.

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Yup. That fixed it. I'm running from SD booted from unlaunch on my DSi. This is just one of the things happening just scrolling up or down one at a time on the last version: It was also duplicating icons across multiple entries too. Making it basically impossible to tell what you were actually...

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

AKMENU seems to be pretty buggy now. Just scrolling up or down one at a time causes the icons to invert and reload, dupe the same title on every entry, show the icon for the wrong game, or a combination of all of that. I usually don't complain but this is really broken. This was the immediate...

"Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition", a new NES Remix-like game, launching July 18th

Considering they're announcing the Switch's successor by the end of the fiscal year I'd imagine that anything remotely high budget has moved over development to that system (if it wasn't already in the first place). We'll probably get games like this for the remainder of the Switch's lifespan...

Gateway blue card on nds lite

As the other guy said, just don't use the Gateway Installer program. In fact, just delete it. Otherwise the card is just a normal Ace3DS+ with a different label.

Gateway blue card on nds lite

The Gateway Blue card is just an Ace3DS+.

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Damn. You know it's (obviously) not 1:1 but it's pretty close. Looks great. I like that original Wood themes work too.

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

I don't think twilight menu itself supports running off the internal nand. So no. Besides, with unlaunch autobooting twilight menu from the SD, what's really the difference?
