Got my 3DS fixed
I've had my 3DS since launch, and a few weeks ago my R-button stopped working. Sent it in to Nintendo, got it back about a week later. Not only did they fix the R-button, but they also did the L-button too. All free of charge. :D They also did a full cleaning of my handheld, and made it look...- awssk8er

I hate people that think they know stuff, when they barely do any research. Sure it's a pretty easy mix up, but if I'm not 100% sure about something, I don't go around claiming it's true. And for that, I think the guy is allowed to be called an asshole.- awssk8er

Not for me. I barely have time for gaming as it is, that's why I pretty much only play 3DS when I'm waiting somewhere, or waiting in line for something. With my Wii, I would play it, but my current setup sucks, and if I want to play, I basically have to stand on my bed... but that's my own...- awssk8er

I'm in the opposite situation. I commute to a community college and could really take any classes because I need to be one math class higher to start my major's program. So right now I'm taking four classes (One being one credit) and it's a joke. I wish I could have picked up more classes...- awssk8er

I have plenty of money, but sometimes cheaper is the better option. If there is a cart with a bunch of features you would never use, and it's like $10 more than a more basic one, it makes sense to save the $10... That's how I see it. But for me, that's not the case. Yeah, it's true. I've never heard about the raised rubber pads on the flame red one. It sounds like it is true though. The analog prints a small circle on the top screen (Well, the black margin) and the lower screen makes two vertical lines on the top screen. The marks can easily be wiped off...- awssk8er

Also, I don't know how the sales are in Canada, but in the US ToysRus had a deal if you bought a 3DS, you get any game for $10. I would look some type of package. Literally every store in the US has one. Also, Ocarina of Time 3D is a must have for any 3DS owner. Just throwing it out there!- awssk8er

Make sure you're indoors when checking it. Once I was playing my 3DS in the car waiting for my sister, and when the 3D was on, you could see multiple images. I thought it was broken, but when there is too much light hitting the screen, both eyes are able to see both images at the same time...- awssk8er

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
