I can't find any actual useful information about this so hey, time to try and ask directly somewhere I guess.
Basically, I'm trying to dump the DLC I purchased on my 3DS and install it into Citra. While this appeared simple at a glance, just dump the file and install the .CIA, every time I do so, Citra throws a fit and demands I decrypt it with a real 3ds. Cool, I have the real 3ds, shouldn't be a problem, but no matter what way I try to dump it, I still get the same response. I've tried going through both the Title Manager and the SYSNAND SD folders, but neither worked.
Almost everything I've found while trying to look things up only goes over the 'install' part and the only bit I found about dumping the DLC didn't work, so I'm just kind of lost. Anyone else got any ideas?
