Fun story: After learning that Win64e10 has trouble loading up roms from the USB, I got slightly curious and tried loading up the Device Portal on my LG Aristo. Upon it coming up, I got the 'hackers are trying to steal your info page' that discouraged me many times before. However, I then pressed the Advanced button and the prompt to go anyway popped up, and BAM! I was there, installing apps and everything.
So, there you go. I will say, though. Use Chrome to be safe and be on the local network, of course. So yeah. Enjoy!
