Heyo, today at 1AM (UTC+2) I decided to unpack an WAD and try to extract every .app (just for fun btw). While extracting these .app U8 archives I just "meet" with .arc files.

The question is "It is possible to extract them?"... If yes, how?

It is possible to extract ARC files using HowardC's U8 Tool.
