Gaming Is it possible to convert the english translation of YU-NO (visual novel) from Win95 to PC-98?

@SuperNintendo64 Rephrase your questions more clearly! : what do you mean you can't find the emulator menu? If you use Android, install Neko Project 2 apk which is easier to use, not Retroarch.
With this emulator there are no save states; you have to save normally inside the game, when the save option appears, after the introductory dialogues.

The thing is, ive tried to run Neko Project II on android but it wont show any of the menus that are available on the windows version

I mean this menus right here, emulate, fdd 1, fdd 2... none of it shows up on android

Since none of these options show up on android.... i cant do anything with the emulator there
It justs gives this cpu mode message, counts up the memory, bleeps... and then black screen
Tried it both on my phone and android tv box

I know the android version of this emulator aint exactly popular, but maybe you guys know something about it...
The windows version works fine without any setup.

As for the retroarch android version of neko project II, it works!
Ive been playing some PC98 games on it on my android box.
The best feature is the fast forward, a must have for older games> You can just map it to a button combo on the bluetooth controller, so you toggle it on or off with ease
But i was looking for save states too, and that´s why im asking about NPII as a stand alone android app
But since there´s no save states even on NPII stand alone....

Use the fmgen build, I'm not sure regular NP21 supports save state. You also must activate the function in the .ini file.
If nothing comes along when you launch the emulator, you might need the bios/font.

I can't really figure out why, I'm on Neko II Kai - and both the full original file Yu-No (with extra) as well as after patching fails to load - it starts with text and boots right out.the original rom I have that does not contain +extras run fine, but this one cant be patched. What is done wrong?

That's strange, I have it working on NP2kai on my phone. I use the following settings : PC-9801 VX model, base clock 2,4576 Mhz, CPU Feature Intel Pentium, CPU Clock Multiplier 12, RAM Size 13.
Otherwise NP21 fmgen gives better results if you play on a PC.
