Hardware PS5 EDM-010 short on 1,8v rail

I have a PS5 console, EDM-010 board. After pressing the power button, you will hear 1 beep, the blue LEDs will light up for a second and the board turns off. I noticed a short circuit in the place marked with a red arrow in the photo. I think there should be 1.8V there? I picked up the items marked with blue arrows. Unfortunately, the short circuit is still there. I connected the laboratory power supply to the place marked with a red arrow. At 1V 3A I did not find any heating elements
I will be grateful for any help.

remove the inductor on the red arrow and check which side has short. That area should be the voltage for GDDR6 Dram

A working donor board from my side has around 1.2k ohm at where 1.2 ohm from yours on the left. I guess you would need some luck chasing.
