Misc Retrieve Email and Password

Does anyone know if its possible to retrieve email & password stored in PS4. I've tried opening my registry files using PS4 Register Editor ( system.idx, system.dat, system.rec and system.eap) The only file I am unable to check is system.eap as it gives an error when attempting to open
