Hacking Searching for a Way to Disable Deflicker on System Menu + Games on vWii

Is this something that can be done with a mod to HBL2HBC, Coldboot Haxchi, Tiramisu, or a Wii U Menu button?

The deflicker/softening filter essentially is doubling the anti-aliasing of my mClassic and I only want one layer of anti-aliasing.

Disabling softening (it's not deflicker in a progressive video) is a job for vWii. Try a USB loader or patching the game's main.dol.

Loading main.dol edits is not possible in CTGP (Mario Kart Wii - disc only) or the System Menu.

A system-wide method is needed for me.
