Confirmed Security issue - can view blogs of people who I'm not supposed to see

While I am not sold on the necessity of private blogs on this site* if they are going to be there then that would be a bug -- if it was a paywall for a news site or something like that it would be one thing but as so many of those things start "so today I [did something something my overly religious/strict parents would disown me for]" and only those granted access would be expected to see it...

*it was a feature asked for, granted and used fairly extensively at times if my occasional trips through my history, all while not particularly bothering anything I do, are anything to go by so eh.

I'd think it's a bug - if I'm otherwise supposed to be blocked from seeing it, I shouldn't be able to see previews either.
