Third of bottom screen on DS is spazing out.

I have a original ds with a capture card mod installed, but a few days after the bottom third of the lower screen started to spaz out like this. The rest of the system is fine and the touch screen's functional, but if I ordered a replacement screen how hard would it be to swap? I'm a bit apprehensive to opening up the ds, just because it'd be my first time doing so.

Re-adjust the pot trim for the screen calibration slightly, usually this is underneath the battery cover. Make sure that its powered while doing this. If it doesn't work, re-seat the ribbon cable for the bottom-screen.
