Small cache of extremely fast memory for the CPU. Allows it to handle more at once.

Turn both on and play Rayman 3DS after it again and you will see what a big improvement it can be.

It only gives an improvement on games that aren't already programmed with the n3DS in mind and that struggle with keeping up FPS, like Rayman 3DS
